The following terms and conditions("Terms of Use"), together with our privacy policy, www.homifax.com/terms-conditions/terms, govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the Website, whether as a guest or a registered user.
Please read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website or the Homifax Verification service or by clicking to acceptor agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website or the verification service and you should cancel any open orders immediately by contacting Homifax® at www.homifax.com/general/cancellation.
Verification Services
Homifax does not guarantee instant verification from verifying service. Customer acknowledges that providing misleading, falsifying information for verification can harm, affect your credit score.
Verified Report
Verified Report comes with risk. Homifax does not guarantee 100% accuracy from verification service. Report buyer acknowledges that Homifax® responsibility is limited to validating and verifying user upload records only. Buyer acknowledges that Homifax® shall not be liable for information provided in our verified report.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
Content and Intellectual Property Ownership

The "look and feel" of the Service(including color combinations, text, images, the names and logos, button shapes, layout, design compilation and presentation of information and all other graphical elements, other than those owned or licensed by Third Party Licensors) are also Homifax's® trademarks and/or copyrights, as the case maybe.
The Content on all pages of the Website is provided solely for the use of customers to interact with Homifax® and may not be used by you, or any other person or entity, or for any other purpose. Users do not receive any copyright in or to the Content itself. Neither your use of the Content nor the creation of products or materials using such Content creates joint authorship, joint ownership or "works made for hire" in or regarding such Content.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise use or exploit any Content, except as expressly permitted under these Terms of Use, without the prior written consent of Homifax®, the relevant Third Party Licensor or other legal owner of such Content.

Trademarks
Homifax®, the term Homifax® and the Homifax® logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Homifax®, or its affiliates or licensors (the "Homifax® Marks"). You must not use the Homifax® Marks without prior written permission from Homifax®. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Restrictions on User Material; Indemnification
In using the Homifax verification service, you agree not to provide, upload, transmit or communicate any falsify materials including but not limited to text, data, photos, graphics, or any of these elements to and on this Website or otherwise ("User Material") that constitutes:
You agree that you are solely responsible for confirming that any User Material for which you submit an order may be legally possessed and used in the state, province or territory where you reside or where you intend to use the User Material and that any individuals whose images you have included in the User Material have given their permission for such use and that all such User Material meets all of the requirements set forth in this Agreement. Your submission of purchase instructions for a product or service shall constitute your representation and warranty to us that the User Material meets these requirements. In addition, in the event you violate these restrictions on User Material and you publicize such violation, you acknowledge that Homifax® will suffer substantial damage to their respective reputations and goodwill and that you will be liable for any resulting damage, including consequential and indirect damages and that Homifax® shall be entitled to injunctive relief. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold Homifax®, and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise directly or indirectly from: (a) your breach of any provision of the Website terms of use; (b) any and all materials you provide constituting infringing materials; or (c) any of your activities conducted in connection with the Verification service and/or the Website.
Accessing the Website and Account Security
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users.

We have the right to disable any user name, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at anytime in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
Terms of Sale
Except as expressly provided otherwise, all Sales are Final.
No refunds are available on Service &Product unless user records have NOT been uploaded to the site for verification , storage, submitted to report buyers or we have not send out activation code. On jobs that meet the above criteria, you must contact Homifax®, Inc within 14 days to request your refund. Any refund requests approved after 14 days will be issued as a credit toward the next order.
All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
You acknowledge that Homifax®, Inc. may place and print a small code on a customer's report to help ensure validity and accuracy.
Homifax® cannot take responsibility for typing, image quality, or design errors on user-submitted artwork.
Homifax®, Inc guarantees verification will be completed prior to annual report send to you.
All charges related to registration fee & shipping are NOT REFUNDABLE.
You're in good hand policy
At Homifax, we are committed to provide our customers with the best value and interest. If you can't find it here, we are more than happy to give back.
You can always get your money back if no verified report ever gets released or you have not leveraged your Homifax Verified Property status to receive any financial gain or benefits over the years with us. Up to 80% of the original purchase plan after 5 years of service commitment.
